Children's Class
12 Sessions /

Pinoy Taekwondo Center’s Children Class is designed to teach students basic self-defense and basic Taekwondo forms or “Poomsae”. This class will help students gain self-discipline, improve self-esteem, and confidence as young as 3 years old and above. They will also gain flexibility through stretching techniques, and body strength through basic physical fitness for children.
This will add entertainment and enjoyable environment as they train, as well as gaining friendships that come along with exercising and training with their age group. This will build their friendships and support with each other.
Junior Class
12 Sessions /
3 times a week
5PM - 6PM
Junior Class is the same with Children's class, the only difference is the age group. Again, it is designed to teach students basic self-defense and basic Taekwondo forms or “Poomsae”. This class will help students gain self-discipline, improve self-esteem, and confidence. They will also gain flexibility through stretching techniques, and body strength through basic physical fitness for children.
This will add entertainment and enjoyable environment as they train, as well as gaining friendships that come along with exercising and training with their age group. This will build their friendships and support with each other.
Teenager Class
12 Sessions /
3 times a week
5-PM - 6PM
In the Teenager class, it is a little bit more advanced that the Children and Junior class but it is in the same concept. Students in the Teenager class will help them gain knowledge of basic sparring, forms and breaking. They are also being prepared for adult class in the future.
Generally it is designed to teach students self-defense and Taekwondo forms or “Poomsae”, Sparring or "Koreogi", and Breaking or "Kyukpa". This class will help students gain self-discipline, improve self-esteem, and confidence. They will also gain flexibility through stretching techniques, and body strength through basic physical fitness for children.
This will add entertainment and enjoyable environment as they train, as well as gaining friendships that come along with exercising and training with their age group. This will build their friendships and support with each other.
Adult Class

7-PM - 8PM
In the Adult Class, the program is designed for students to learn a high-level of self-defense Taekwondo Techniques along with all the benefits you reap from Taekwondo training such as staying in shape, stress reliver, and immense boost of confidence.
It is designed to teach students self-defense and Taekwondo forms or “Poomsae”, Sparring or "Koreogi", and Breaking or "Kyukpa". This class will help students gain self-discipline, improve self-esteem, and confidence. They will also gain flexibility through stretching techniques, and body strength through basic physical fitness for children.

Aikido Class - Additional Classes
2 times a week
Wednesday & Friday
Aikido, (“way of harmonizing energy”), martial art and self-defense system that uses twisting and throwing techniques and in its aim of turning an attacker's strength and momentum against himself. Pressure on vital nerve centers is also used.
Pekiti-Tirsia Kali Class - Additional Classes
Friday ONLY
Pekiti-Tirsia Kali is a style specific to Filipino Martial Arts. It is a fighting system that focuses on edged, impact and improvised weapons. PTK has been adopted as the preferred combative training program by elite military and law enforcement units around the world.
