- He started joining Taekwondo in 1984 under Head coach Master Tobby Tomayo with the PTA (Philippine Taekwondo Association) with the Chief Executive Grandmaster Sung Chon Hong & Regional Director Colonel Jeff Tamayo until he completed his 1st Dan Black Belt on April 21, 1993 & a qualified TBB (Taekwondo Blackbelt Brotherhood - Batch 15.)
- Master Dominique also trained and assisted in the Baguio Taekwondo Club under Coach Mr. Benjie Magsino at Baguio Cathedral multi purposes room on 15 occasions. It was well versed in the genuine and authentic Taekwondo techniques and teachings.

- He is active and competed in the National Taekwondo Competition representing the Baguio Club held at Ninoy Aquino Stadium Manila.
- He has attended all held various competition in local and national regions.
